Culinary Delights for Wine Lovers
Perfect Pairings and Ten Recipes to Elevate
Your Malbec Experience
E-PUB. Understanding Malbec and wine pairing is a Wine Lover's Dream. In this book Malbec meets Culinary Delights. You will learn about Perfect Pairings for Culinary Adventures together with Ten Delicious Recipes that Dance Perfectly with the Flavors of the Playful grape Malbec.
Malbec, sometimes called Côt or Auxxerois, is a 2,000-year-old black and thick-skinned grape variety with quite a history. Although Malbec originated in France, today it is often celebrated in association with Argentina. Malbec produces a full-bodied and deep colored red wine known for its ripe plum flavors and notes of dark fruit such as blackberries and dark cherry. The grape's versatility, its tannin structure and resilient flavors make it a perfect accompaniment to a wide range of dishes.
A Taste of Malbec is illustrated with beautiful and inspiring pictures, also for each recipe. Although wine can be complicated, the text is easy to read so that the subject wine - food - and recipes, and why the components fit perfectly together, becomes understandable. This is the content of the book. Well read, and cheers.

Til På Druen digitale vinkursDon´t be a wine snob - be a wine lover!
